Placing Your Order

Placing an order with sigirilanka.com is easy. You can sign up as a customer with us to view the status of your order until it reaches the recipient or else you can use the “express checkout” option to complete the order quickly. If you sign up with us you have to remember the e mail address and the password you provided to make future orders.

(We cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail. All orders must be placed online.)

Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order. If you have any problems when following these steps, please send us an email (help@sigirilanka.com ) for your answer.

Find Products You Wish to Buy

First you will need to browse for the items you would like to order. When you find an item that interests you, click on “View Description” of the item to view a detailed page of the relevant product, where you will find more information about the item.

If you don't find what you're looking for at Sigirilanka .com, please request your interest of products through the “Request Products” option on the top right of the web site. We will e mail you back with all relevant details and prices of the requested product within 24 hours. You then simply pay for the products through our web site and we will deliver the products to the desired destination.

Add Products to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item from Sigirilanka.com, click [the] "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, use the “Shop More” link to keep browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the “View Cart” icon at the top right side of every page of our Web site.

Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the "  ” (Trash Icon). The item will be removed from your current Shopping Cart.

When you're ready to place an order for everything in the “Shopping Cart Items section” of your cart, click "Proceed to checkout" button.  Please click on “New to Sigirilanka.com?, Register now” link if it is the first order you are placing at Sigirilanka.com or if your are a returning customer please enter your email address and password that you used to register with Sigirilank.com. Or else use the “Express check Out option for to proceed with the order without registering with Sigiri Lanka.

The instructions below outline each step of our online order form. If at any point you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please consult our help@sigirilanka.com.

Registration (Sign Up)

Note – If you are registered customer feel free to skip this section.
Enter your name, e-mail address twice, (Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be your user name.) password twice (Make sure you write your password down somewhere so that you remember it the next time you place an order.) and click the "Continue" button.

Enter Delivery Information

Tell us where you would like us to deliver your order, instructions, and date. Please check our delivery areas by clicking here. After completing delivery information please click “Continue>>” button.

Payment Information

After clicking “Continue>>” button with your delivery information you will be redirected to 2checkout payment gateway. We accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Visa and Master, All orders must be prepaid. Please enter credit card number without spaces or dashes. If your credit card is accepted by 2checkout (2CO) payment gateway your receipt will appear on the browser (recommend to take a print out of your receipt) else show you the appropriate error message.

Note – If your credit card is accepted, you will receive emails with reference to your order from both Sigirilanka.com and 2checkout (2CO).

Check Your Order Status

If you would like to review your order states or your receipt, you can do so by logging on to Sigirilanka.com any time using your user name and password clicking “Manage Your Account” link which is on the top right hand side. (The “Manage Your Account” link only appears after you log into sigirilanka.com using your user name and password.)
