The success of Sigiri Lanka relies entirely on the strength of our relationship with our customers, and the trust they place on our organization. Our mission is thereby to explore the circumstances that influence the market we cater to and to understand the aspirations of our customers to whom we must deliver. We will be focused entirely on the needs of our customers and our facilities and conditions will be designed to suite their best interests. We have and will continue to develop a customer service team with the correct attitude and good responsiveness which is crucial in exercising our mission.
OUR VISION
Sigiri Lanka entered this industry in 2004 with several other companies already established in providing with services over the internet in Sri Lanka . While we acknowledge our competitors, the vision of Sigiri Lanka lies entirely in our pursuit to grasp the unlimited opportunities available in our industry and to expand beyond all conventionalities to become the most comprehensive, accurate facility provider over the internet providing the most extensive services to meet customer satisfaction. In our pursuit we intend to explore different markets, to grow within them catering to their individual needs. Our vision will be realized with the growth of Sigiri Lanka online shopping, through which we will exercise our mission.
