Is the delivery guaranteed in Sri Lanka?
Yes we guarantee delivery in Sri Lanka. However there are limitations to deliver all products listed island wide. All perishable items can only be delivered in Colombo and its suburbs. Product specification of a detailed description of a product will state where the product can be delivered
Do you deliver outside Sri Lanka to other countries?
Some of the products listed can be delivered outside Sri Lanka to other countries. This will depend on the nature of the product and legal constrains. Product specification of a detailed description of a product will state where the product can be delivered
Do you offer free delivery?
Unlike many online shopping websites, we are committed to deliver your products on time as requested by you. For this purpose we charge a reasonably for deliveries. A detailed delivery charge for different cities in Sri Lanka is shown below.
What about international shipping, how do you charge for it?
If the product can be delivered outside Sri Lanka, it will be handled by a courier company. Shipping charges will apply according to the weight of the product. A detailed shipping charge to different countries is shown on a table below.
Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

I can’t find the city I want for the products to be delivered, what do I do?

What is the earliest that my orders can be delivered in Sri Lanka?
This will depend on the product and services you order. If you order online it will take minimum 24 hours to be delivered. However if you want the products to be delivered earlier you need to contact customer support. Our customer service representatives will try their best to help you with your request
Can I add special delivery instructions?
Yes. When making an order online you will be asked to enter special instructions.
How do I check the status of my order?
When you make an order we e mail you the order confirmation, when the order is dispatched we e mail the order dispatch confirmation, when the order is delivered we e mail you to confirm delivery. You can also view the order status by login in to your customer account.
What if our delivery team can’t find your recipient's address?
It is important that you provide us with a contact number of the recipient in Sri Lanka. If you have given special instructions to surprise the recipient our delivery team will not contact the recipient. In rare situations where the recipients address is difficult to locate, we contact the recipient but try not to disclose your identity.
