In serving our obligation to our valuable customers, Sigiri Lanka has partnered with the suppliers of goods with the understanding and  trust that they will serve their cause by providing the best of services accurately and comprehensively in their part. Sigiri Lanka is not liable for the quality of any product of any of our suppliers. Sigiri Lanka will not be responsible for any delay in delivering due to mishaps of the supplier. All though we remain committed in our effort to deliver on the time requested, there can be unavoidable circumstances such as bad whether under which we will need to compromise. Therefore the time of delivery can only be tentatively guaranteed.

However Sigiri Lanka will strive wholeheartedly to face these obstacles for the best interest of our customers.    

In the occasion of needing any of the delivered items returned by the customer, they can be returned to our operational office in Battharamulla, Sri Lanka. The customer can contact our operational office and give us the details of the recipient, and we will provide them with the instructions to have the items returned. All orginal tags and receipts should be availble, and the product should be in the same condition as it was delivered to the receipient to qualify for a refund. 

 Sigiri Lanka will not claim responsibility for the expenses incurred on our customers during the process of returning the products.
